How much is
shipping?
Once you
determine the quantity of
materials you need, simply add
all of your items to the
shopping cart and commence the
checkout process.
You will either create an
account or login.
Once you complete either of
those processes, you will be
taken to a screen where you will
be taken to the Shipment Summary
page. You will then
need to select a Carrier, then
your page will refresh and you
will then select a Carrier
method. At that
point, you will see shipping
cost options.
Alternatively, you can always
call us during business hours
and request a quote or email us
and we will respond as quickly
as possible. Make
sure you provide your delivery
zip code, product code and total
square footage or total
quantity. We can
often provide better pricing via
email or phone for your shipping
if your material requirement is
over 100 SF. After
you receive your shipping quote
you can then put that quote
number in the "Special
Instructions" and we will adjust
your shipping costs accordingly.
Ordering Process
You can order products directly online, via
telephone, email or fax. You may choose to consolidate purchase
orders in order to reduce freight costs. Please note that pricing
and availability will fluctuate with market demand unless a confirmed
order is in place and secured with a deposit. For large quantity
orders it is especially important to secure availability to ensure that
you have the product when you need it. Please not that any
order which is Special Order is non returnable non cancelable.

Logistics
LuxeTile ships products to customers virtually
anywhere in the world. Online rates are within the continental US,
however, we can provide shipping estimates within 24 hours to any
destination in the world. We have 10 years of experience in
shipping cargo domestically and internationally. We will
work to find the most competitive rates to transport your cargo.
Residential Delivery
When we quote residential delivery services this
service will typically include lift gate service and offloading, which is usually
limited to the end of the driveway or curbside. The carrier is not
required to unload materials beyond this point. Drivers may
roll the material on pallet jacks to a more convenient location,
however, the ultimate responsibility for receipt and final placement of
the material is upon the purchaser.
If you are a
business but you are using a
home office, the delivery is
still considered residential.
We use many
carriers and all of them have
different types of equipment
available to them. (If the
carrier is unable to access your
driveway then additional
arrangements would need to be
made by the purchaser, such as
terminal pick up or delivering
to an alternate address). Sometimes additional special requirements for
services may be required based on the unique requirements of the
neighborhood or home. Examples include when a forklift is required
to move materials to the job site, which may be required when a pallet
jack is not feasible or if roads in your area are not able to
accommodate the carrier's
equipment. These fees will be the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Large Volume
When ordering more than 2,000 SF of slabs or 5,000 SF
of tile, volume discounts will apply.
Shipping Cost
If you wish to calculate the
shipping cost for your order,
you will need to add the item
and corresponding quantity to
your shopping cart, create an
account and proceed to the
checkout so that you can view
all of your shipping options.
You may select from several
different options and service
levels. When
shipping over 100 square feet,
you may also always call, chat,
or email to request a shipping
rate as we can request a "spot
rate" with our carriers and pass
those savings along to you.
Also, if you elect to pick up
your materials from the carrier
terminal, you will often receive
significant savings.

Shipping cost varies depending
on the product as they all have
different weights per square
foot. You are
responsible to accept materials
on delivery notification and you
will be responsible for any
additional charges related to
storage and redelivery for
missed appointments, not being
available to accept materials,
or reconsignment.
