Mediterranean Tile Murals

Mediterranean ceramic tile has been used for centuries for both wall decoration as well as flooring.   The Moors were famous for this craft and spread this beautiful work throughout their empire along the Mediterranean, including Spain and North Africa.  The Moors influenced much of the Italian and French tilework as well.
