If you find a lower, publicly advertised, delivered price* on an identical eligible product, we will do our best to beat it. Just complete the form so we can verify the price. If we are able to verify the price, we will send your new lower price to your email address. (* Please note: delivered price = product price + delivery charges + taxes) We will not accept requests for price matching over the phone as we need to verify the details.

Please note the Terms and Conditions below. Price Match MUST include the product price plus Shipping/Handling charges and Sales Tax when calculating the competitor's total price. The Internet retailer's lower price must be published on their website.

If your request meets our eligibility requirements, you'll be given an electronic coupon code that you can redeem instantly when making your purchase.

Our offer to beat competitor pricing applies to NEW, unopened merchandise only. We reserve the right to opt not to beat prices under certain conditions, for example such as:

offers on used, opened or damaged products. offers that are no longer current or are no longer available.
offers in classified ads or auctions (open or closed), regardless of whether the merchandise is new or used. discontinued items, closeouts, out of stock, demos, or items out of the box.
offers mentioned to you only verbally, whether in person or on the phone. offers advertised only within an individual physical store (such as on an in-store sign or price tag).
offers that don't include delivery. (e.g., in-store pickups) offers outside of our standard delivery area (continental United States only, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
items which are not In-stock at the time of the price match.
offers are wholesale, contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below wholesale cost pricing.
offers on products known as seconds, builder grade, etc. that are not first quality factory goods
offers on products being sold by companies going out of business, clearance items or discontinued items;

Our Lower Price Guarantee only applies to new orders.
Price Match request must be made at the time of purchase.
Items that are lowered in price cannot be combined with any other promotion. Luxetile Inc. reserves the right to determine if the competitor's offer is legitimate.
The Internet retailer's lower price must not require membership fees, coupons, product-bundling purchase, or rebates.
Lower Price Guarantee does not apply to close-outs, discontinued merchandise, backorders or special orders.
Luxetile reserves the right to not sell any product below its wholesale cost.
If Luxetile is unable to match prices with the competitor, we may at our discretion offer a discount as an alternative. The lower price guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.

Even though a competitor's price may seem lower, the actual total price is usually higher than Luxetile. The total price must be looked at when comparing prices with other companies.

Availability is also another factor to consider. Some companies may have slightly lower prices, but they don't actually have the products in stock. These companies special order their inventory directly from the manufacturer and this can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks for you to receive. Luxetile has 95% of it's inventory In Stock and ready to ship the next business day.

Please Note: We will do our best to match or beat competitor pricing, however, Luxetile doesn't guarantee that it has the "lowest price" online or offline. Luxetile reserves the right to not sell any product below its cost and therefore may be unable to meet the lower price of a competitor. We do not accept price matches for re-manufactured, re-furbished, unsealed or counterfeit products.
