Damage Claim
Process
Luxtile must be notified within
3 days of receipt of any damaged
items. All claims
for damages must be submitted to
LuxeTile within 14 days of
delivery. No claims can be
processed after that time. Each
freight company will have their
own terms and restrictions on
claims.

at
claims@luxetile.com or call
Luxetile within 3 days of
receipt of product notifying
us of damages.

For UPS shipments, please
email us at least 5 photos
of the damage. For
common carrier shipments,
please email or fax us your
copy of the bill of lading
and email 5 photos of the
damage.

List the materials damaged
and the quantity.

Upon receipt of the
necessary documentation, we
will process your
replacement order.

Retain all of the damaged
materials and packing
material and we will advise
you if an inspection will be
required. We
will also notify you if we
need any additional
information.
